Shipping Policy
Most items are drop-shipped from the brand or our supplier network, so delivery times vary by product. Here's what to expect:
Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times (after processing)
- Domestic U.S.: 3–7 business days
- Hawaii / Alaska / APO: 7–14 business days
- International: Not currently available — contact us if you're outside the U.S. and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We don't add handling fees on top.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@johnnyscollection.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
